The great staff, shop, restaurant, close to downtown businesses. view of downtown, cleanliness.

The location was good.

Didn't like the bread served in the morning.

Old and tattered. Our first night we had a room with defective AC, shift manager gladly moved us for second night. Just very expensive for an old and worn out hotel

The staff was very helpful.

They had no record of the reservation I made through Booked.net. I had a copy of the confirmation from Booked.net and they gave me a nicer room for the price I had booked for though.

Excellent place with its fast internet, fitness center, and friendly staff. They helped my elderly parents during my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

Shower and bed excellent. Room clean and good layout. Great view.

Service at dinner was poor. My tip indicated that. However breakfast service and food was very good.

great check-in but parking is a hassle

Checking in was really good! Melissa G. created a warm atmosphere. The king room I stayed in was well equipped for my needs, and every interaction with staff was impressively responsive. I was particularly impressed by the fast internet and fitness center.

The parking situation was somewhat unclear, causing some frustration during my arrival.

The location was great, staff were super polite and helpful.

For a Hilton the hotel is very outdated and it shows. Worn carpets, blinds, etc. Bad design when it was built, still a bad design. Housekeeping didn't show up until the evening hours, after 5pm, and then asked if I "really" wanted my room cleaned. Well, of course I do!

Clean, fair value hotel, its location was excellent and fantastic and so close to downtown, train and excursions as well as many attractions, restaurants and bars. Views of the mountains and ocean were magnificent, the room was good-sized and inviting. The staff was very amiable, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. They helped us get a shuttle to airport.

Checking in was easy thanks to melissa. The king room was perfect for my family, and we loved the indoor pool. Plus, the location is just a short walk to downtown, with fine mountain views all around. Great service overall!
